Before the photographer arrives, I will have, or ensure my sellers will have, prepared the property to my standards including: decluttering, have all lights turned on, ceiling fans turned off, toilet seats down, any showers to be photographed will have all items removed including soap and loofas, and counters will be cleared of all items including tooth brushes, curtains/blinds open and vehicles out of the driveway with garage closed. I understand that unprepared homes will be charged an additional $2/minute cleaning, staging & consulting fee (beyond the allotted time in the package). A minimum $50 rescheduling fee will be charged for any shoots canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot. Properties that are inaccessible for any reason or photographer deems unready (i.e. property remodel is not finished, home has construction materials scattered, property is unsafe for photographer, etc..) to photograph will incur a minimum $50 rescheduling fee. Any requests to return to a property or photoshopping request, will also be billed additional fees. Drone photography may not be available in restricted airspace locations and requires safe flying conditions which will be determined by the photographer. Liza Sue Productions does not offer file storage, clientâ??s understand that they must download and store their photos for their records within 1 week of receipt. If I post these photos on any website or social media (with the exception of the MLS) credit will be mentioned to â??@lizasueproductionsâ?, if the images are altered in anyway I will write â??image has been alteredâ? in the description. The copyright of the photos is property of Liza Sue Productions - the agent is licensed the photos for the duration of the listing for the following marketing uses: Social media, website, print media, email marketing, digital marketing. The licensing does NOT include billboard rights, third-party rights, or magazine publications - inquire at
[email protected] for those rights. In some cases a Photographer may call you to ask if shoot can be moved to a better time slot for geographical, logistical or weather reasons.
